We are currently taking applications for 2,3,4 bedroom units available that will be available in the next 30 to 60 days. All other approved applications will be added to a waiting list.
The application is found outside the office and can be returned Thursdays from 11:00 am to 12 pm 1:00 pm To 2:00 pm

Here at Greenville Arms we are an income based community. We are a family Section 8 project based property designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have.

Family Living

Our spacious 2,3 and 4-bedroom apartments boast fully equipped kitchens, updated bathrooms and central heat and AC. Each building has its own laundry facilities. Children can play in our playground and well-maintained grounds.

Management & Security

Our on-site management and maintenance personnel are ready to assist you in any way possible to ensure your comfort and security. Your family is important to us, you can rest assured with our 24-hour emergency maintenance.
